For the fairly physically fit. The friendly staff will assist you in training and perfectly wax your board, all you need to do is walk up the dune and sandboard down.

Sandboarding derived from snowboarding, but unlike snowboarding, it can be done throughout the year. It is very easy to learn and the professional staff will give you the best advice to get blasting down a sand dune in no time. They even wax your board for you.

  • Snacks and drinks - There are no shops at the dunes.

  • Drinks: At least 1 liter per person in summer time. Tip - Freeze your water the night before.

  • Towel - To wipe off sand when leaving.

  • Good comfortable shoes (to fit in snowboard bindings) Running shoes or trainers are fine. Try not to wear pumps or Converge All Stars.

  • Thick long socks if you have.

  • Dress like you going to be beach. Eg. leggings or shorts

  • Sunscreen
